HP1220C Printer loads in background
I have an AMD 1.3GHz system running XP sp1 with usual dtp and processor
programs. When using ME or W98 and I wanted to print a document all I did was click the print icon on the tools bar, the printer window would launch on the front of the document & after selecting options I clicked Print. With XP this printer always loads in the background with the flag blinking in the Task bar. I have tried several ways to get foreground loading but no good. I have asked HP but they are kicking around with deleting Registry entries and hp*.inf files. I've done all this and still have no luck. Can anyone help??? |

HP1220C Printer loads in background
Did you try uninstalling and reinstalling the printer?

HP1220C Printer loads in background
Yes, I have installed, uninstalled and cleared previous server locations
several times. I have a stand alone computer and no network connections.
