Default fax client cannot see sent faxes

we have a windows 2003 server that has the fax server installed ( 3 modems)

we have a number of windows xp clients that can see everything fine

i have a hand full of clients that can not see their sent faxes

the message that shows is

some fax printers are inaccessible
