Need to create MP3 file from digital video movie

I recorded using a digital movie camera, downloaded it to
movie maker and it works great - However, I also need to
create an audio cd using the audio on the movie. How do I
extract the audio? Please help!

Drag you video clip(s) to the audio/music track instead of the video track
and it'll use just the audio from it. Save your movie and, if there are no
video clips, it'll save it as a WMA audio file.
