Newsgroup reader for Win7 and Win8
OK - yup... still running XP and Outlook Express.

I like Dialog, and I sort of like MesNews. I haven't tried either under Win8. You will get many different suggestions that work in Win7, and with any luck, many that work in Win8 as well. Per recent articles Firefox is the fastest browser out now. Thunderbird can handle email and newsgroups, and can be configured to do what you want. All you want to do is to post questions to these newsgroups so WLM is pretty good for it and it winds some people here at the same time. Of course that is the reason to come to these newsgroups.
