Default New partition

I recently created a new partition on my hard drive with Partition Magic. It
now has 2 partitions C:\ and F:\. The only problem is that I cannot find the
new partition in My Computer or Windows Explorer. I can see the partition in
Partition Magic and in Windows Disk Defragmenter, but not anywhere else. If
I open up the other user, the drive is there....we are both set up as
administrators. I have formatted the new partition and still no luck.

What gives?

Scott
