Palm M500 sync problem
I recently upgraded from Windows 2000 to Windows XP SP2,
I've got everything working so far except that my palm will not sync. When I press the hotsync button Windows makes a sound like an error or something but I never had problems with this on Windows 2000. Does this have something to do with the firewall or something? E. Spencer

I have a similar problem. The desktop software will not even open. I
receive this error. AppName: palm.exe AppVer: 4.1.4.0 ModName: mfc42.dll ModVer: 6.2.4131.0 Offset: 00004973 Not sure if someone that addresesyour question will know if they are related.
