Default Microsoft Online Crash Analysis instructions

I just got a Microsoft Online Crash Analysis. It told me in the problem
description that "it was likely caused by a computer virus..." It went on to
list four virii and said that to fix it I would have to access
safety.live.com in safe mode. My problem? Apparently in safe mode, no
internet access is available. How am I suppose to do anything? How can i Fix
this?

The virii listed were
win32/Apropos.B
WinNT/Zufyx.A
Spyware.Apropos.C
Trojan.Win32.Crypt.t
