System Restore Does Not Work

The system restore feature stopped working about a month
ago. At the same time there are two security updates and
a recommend update (problem report) not getting
installed. I tried all kinds of recommended actions
(stopping and restarting the services, disabling and
enabling the system restore feature, uninstalling NAV and
so on....). Any idea?

Did it coincide with upgrading from Home to Pro?

If so you need to install SP1.

No it didn't. I tried reinstalling SP1. No luck. I
suspect it coincided with the windows upgrade failing.
