To put the screen into at rest position

I want to know how to extinguish my screen / put my
computor screen into at rest position.

right click on desktop
select properties
select 'screensaver' tab
select 'power'
under Settings for Home/Office Desk power scheme select a time from the
dropdown menu for Turn off monitor

This will cause your monitor to turn off (go into sleep mode) if there is no
action for the specified time. Move your mouse or press a key to resume
power
