Default Startup probs

disk read error means you have a problem with your hard
drive not your cd rom or floppy

Disk Read Error

Press Ctrl/Alt/Del to restart

There are no cd's no floppies or nothing in the machine,
it just crashed on me and is now saying the above

message.

Can anyone please help me, i am using a friends computer
and ill be checkin emails all the time
