Default trojan removal

Having, hopefully, overcome LOVESAN, I now have a trojan. My antivirus
identifies Tojan Horse Dialer in E:\ System Volume \_restore(8BF2FFetc)dll.
When I run the scan it tells me the virus has been healed, but
unfortunately, its still there!!!
How do I get rid of it PLEASE?
I have now enabled the installed firewall (I know the horse has bolted), but
when I previously enabled it I couldn't send or receive e-mails. I have now
read the 'help' topics and have actually ticked the services I want allowed
in. So hopefully it will work this time.
Thanks in anticipation that someone can help.
SS
