Alternate Way to Find Product ID?
-----Original Message----- Attempted to upgrade to Windows XP (Home) from Win98 but apparently XP does not recognize my video adapter and I get no display on boot up (digital flat screen monitor). I'm trying to use online customer support, but I can't get anywhere without the PID...but of course, I can't see the screen to get the PID. Any ideas? . SHOULD BE ON A STICKER ON YOUR BASE UNIT SOMEWHERE, 14 DIGIT NUMBER SOMETHING LIKE THIS 55555-333-333-333
