Default Is there a way to change the time when the wallpaper changes?

I'm talking about when you use the "one day" setting on the
wallpaper slideshow. It changes it everyday, but only at 6:00 pm, if
my computer is still on then. It doesn't change it in the morning if
you turn your computer off before 6:00 pm.
I prefer to have my wallpaper change one time a day, but in
the morning when I first boot up. I know there are separate programs
out there that will do that, and I've used them in the past. But I'd
rather use the built-in MS changer if it can be tweaked. Right now I'm
right-clicking on the desktop and manually changing the wallpaper each
morning. That works fine too, but again I'd like to know if I can set
it up to do it automatically.
TIA.

Without a 3rd party app, no, it can't be modified or tweaked to do this.
