was GPedit.msc instructions! AAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH !!!!!!!!!!

I checked using Powershell, to see if OneDrive appears
as an App, but it wasn't in the list.

equivalent of GPEDIT on a non-Pro setup ?
