Well, a trip to New York is essentially worthless so maybe they're
actually discouraging people from upgrading.

Still, the Surface Pro 3 and XBOX One the winner gets are worth something.

Nice! Thanks for the heads up. I was planning to upgrade anyway so I
might as well enter for a chance to win a free trip for me and the wife.

I'm outside US border hence no way would I try and even enter US. That's
based solely on the "Customs" real life cops shows where at their
discretion you become nothing more than cattle.

I'd not even take a free trip anywhere if it involved landing and then
subject to US customs even if flight continued elsewhere outside their
jurisdiction.

Possibly I'd think by personal boat, e.g. sailboat I sailed myself to
where ever. That's basicsally because I doubt you're met at sea and
subjected to search etc. but instead you make landfall and present
yourself to authorities.

And BTW, I feel same about my own country

If a Canadian wins, they send them to Tuktoyaktuk.
Getting there, is half the fun.

Thanx for the link, but I have never wanted to goto New York. I'd much
rather goto California cuz I left my heart in San Francisco! Or how a free
McRib from McDonalds?
