Default Motokrz1

Hey all i wonder if anyone cud help me with this problem my lass is having
problem with her motoKRZ1. The Problem is when she try to connect it to her
pc VIA bluetooth we can connect it but every time it try n install the
drivers ect she gettin a problem sayin com port installation failed How do
we come this problem.

Default Motokrz1

Open Regedit. Go to HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class\. Delete the
following key: {e0cbf06c-cd8b-4647-bb8a-263b43f0f974}. Open Device Manager.
(run devmgmt.msc) Remove the Bluetooth radio listed here. Click Action, click
Scan for hardware changes. This should re-enumerate the Bluetooth adapter,
using the SP2 drivers.
