I sure wish he would stop with all the freaking separate threads. It's
getting old fast.

Send responses to the relevant news group rather than email to me.
E-mail sent to this address may be devoured by my very hungry SPAM
filter. Due to Google's refusal to prevent spammers from posting
messages through their servers, I often ignore posts from Google
Groups. Use a real news client if you want me to see your posts.

Yeah, but the guy is a Mac user. You know how they are, Jolly! They buy
Macs because they're not too bright and, after they buy a Mac, they're
not too rich either.

So, it's "Will I get Quicken for free?", "how can I save 50¢ on this FW
cable?", "is it OK if I return it after use?", "is this $5 version of
Windows really legal?" and so on.

You have to cope. Toomorron, more questions of the same type will ensue.

That's why Macs are great fun!

Agreed. Esp. since most of what he wants to know is within a hop kip and
a jump via Apple.com and/or Google.

This is nothing compared to his Usenet heyday from 2000-2006, when he
was also a world class nym shifter and let a lot of weird things be know
about what should have been his private life.

A couple of us actually worked on a web page to keep tracking of all his
posting identities. We stopped in 2006 but I never took it down:

Does a Google search on VMware take longer than posting a question
asking its price and then looking and reading responses?

Right. So while we've been extremely generous with our time for you,
could you at least do the simpler tasks yourself? You'd even learn
something along the way.

He's outsourcing due to laziness. And we're dumb enough to help.

Yes thats right I acted like a child in those days and had much to
learn. If I have offended you by my questions, I will say that I have
posted much on the Apple forums in place of this group (over the past 5
years) and no one has made an issue out of posting questions. But for
some reason Mike the Kernel panics have not been as frequent as of late
and dont ask me to explain it. Watched Spider Man 3 and part of Spider
Man 1 last night without a panic which is amazing. The first movie was
so good I have seen it so many times and it rarely gets boring.
