Default Start up Logon question

I was trying out AutoPatcher and installed some optional utilities from
MS I had never seen before, mostly for Office. However, one change
(tweaks?) changed my single user no-password logon to the small box
coming up requesting a password. It also created two users in the
Control Panel, User 1 and User 2. Initially, I was able to get by the
box by clicking Cancel. But after changing User 1 to no password, the
next startup showed the same box, but this time as Administrator and
with Cancel greyed out. I was stuck. To get around, I booted in Safe
Mode and ran System Restore back a couple of days.

My question is, what MS app causes this box to appear at startup, and
what is the straight-forward way to get rid of it? I didn't see
anything obvious in Add/Remove Programs. Thanks.

Would the above, by any chance, be what you downloaded?
