Default Direcway and Crashing XP

Ever since I installed Direcway I have had repeated
system crashes. It is always preceeded by a break in the
satillite signal, followed by a rather lengthy mesage
that I cannot begin to read before the blue screen takes
over. Direcway tells me that I need to reinstall
Windows - why, I don't know. I beleive that this is
their problem, but I could be wrong. Is I am the only
one this is happening to?

Any help would be appreciated.
