Default Help with Back Up

When I open the Back Up utility it only gives me the
option of using my floppy disk drive. I would like to
back up to Drive F which is a CD-R drive. Windows seems
aware that Dive F exists but it's not on the pull down
menu in the Back Up utility.
Thanks

You can't. For some reason a CDR is not conidered to be Backup media. You
can, however designate the XP CD burning folder as a backup folder and do it
in two steps.
