Default How to determine ISP using?

I'm in a situation where I am staying in a work flat for
a period of several weeks. The flat comes with cable of
some sort. I happily plugged my laptop in and off it
went. Now I want to set up outlook express to send
receive email from my freeserve account. In order to do
so however I need to attain the smtp server of my ISP.

Anyone able to tell me a way to find my isp?
