Default Reinstall Windows XP Messenger

Hi all

I removed Windows XP Messenger using the rundll32..... command.

However, I can no longer provide remote assistance to a friends PC now, even
though we're both using Windows Live Messenger (latest version).

Does WLM rely on Windows Messenger components in order for remote assistance
to work?

If so, how can I reinstall Windows XP Messenger? I've looked in the
msmsgs.inf file but can't find anything obvious.

Thanks in advance!

Sure thing. Additionally, you don't actually need to use Windows Messenger, it just has to
be there.
