Scanner on HP PSC 2410xi does not work

I have an HP PSC 2410xi, and the scanner option does not work.
This problem is due to the Usbscan.sys driver, (Microsoft document 320549
covered this problem).
Does anyone have the "Hotfix" required to fix this problem?

You need to call Microsoft in order to get the Hotfix. The instructions are

not work. It takes me to an official Microsoft page, but it is blank, with
no information.
Would you, by any chance, have information to contact Microsoft, in order to
get this hotfix?

Refresh the page and delete your temporary internet files. The site is up
and works just fine.
