Failed install
I am trying to install an update KB949041 PowerPoint viewer security update.
Install keeps failing error code 0x4397 anyone know how I can fix this? Thanks --

Failed install
While installing do you or did you put the Office install CD into your CD-ROM ???? You need to leave it in there for this install of the PP Viewer security Update.
The reason being is that you do not have or you removed the MSO Cache folder -- Peter Please Reply to Newsgroup for the benefit of others Requests for assistance by email can not and will not be acknowledged. I do not have Office, I just have Works Suite 2005 and downloaded the "free"
