Default Windows xp loses communication via LAN

I have a problem with windows Xp pro that sometimes loses communication via
LAN
To restore, the only way is restart the operating system
If within the operating system, install a virtual machine with ip address
different from the host system, communication via LAN and Internet browsing
are fully active even when the host system 'loses' communication via LAN
I replaced the motherboard to make sure it can not be the hardware to be the
problem
The operating system has been installed from the original diskette always
From this I can assume that it is not the hardware to have problems
I think it's a fault of Windows XP (not Windows XP but my installation), but
I can not find and delete
Can you help me identify the problem and eliminate it?
