dvd drive wont work
hi when i put a dvd into the drive nothing happens and when i go to computer
to request d drive for dvd nothing comes up even though it has a dvd in it what can i do contact me at thanks

If no DVDs work at all, it looks like the DVD laser has failed - the CD
laser is different.
