Default cannot update installed program

I have a Windows XP SP2 and On March 04/06 I received new updates from
Microsoft. These are the numbers of the updates KB912945 KB904942
KB912475. Since installing these updates I have not been able to retrieve my
updates for Lavasoft Ad-Aware and Spybot Search & Destroy. I have uninstalled
these programs and reinstalled with no luck at getting my updates. Can
anyone help please??
