Default Looking for comments on Microsoft OneCare? Is it worth it?

My yearly subscription to Sunbelt's CounterSpy and Sunbelt Kerio FW is
about to expire. Although my AV application (AVG Pro 7.5) is still
current, I was considering Microsoft OneCare.

Any comments as to its effectiveness in comparison to Sunbelt's
CounterSpy (off-shoot from the same source), Sunbelt Kerio firewall
and AVG Pro 7.5 AV?

I use AVG7 Free. And I used AVG6 Free before that.

Before that I didn't know *anything*. So I used McCrappy, I mean McAfee,
that came with my machine.

I also use Ad-Aware SE Personal, HijackThis, Spybot - Search & Destroy and
SpywareBlaster.

Microsoft should stay out of the AV business.
