Default Interactual DVD Player

I am using windows xp with Sp2. When I put a dvd into the computer, the
Interactual DVD Player wants to install itself. I will then click "cancel".
If I remove and reinsert the DVD, the Interactual will prompt for the
installation again. Is there a way to deactivate this feature? I have another
DVD player on my machine an even though it is set as the default player,
Interactual tries to overide it. Is Interactual built into Windows XP? Any
thoughts? Thanks.

Some DVDs have that on them. I think it's
on the Terminator 3 DVD (for example).

Maybe you could go to...My Computer..

Right click the icon for your DVD drive and
from the menu...choose...Properties /
AutoPlay tab...open the drop window...
choose...DVD Movie...

Tick...Select an action to perform...

Select the Decoder you wish to play
your movies with / Apply / OK.

Good luck.

Interactual is the software that will enable you to play the specific parts
of the DVD that are available for you on a computer ONLY.

They're special features and you may or may not wish to view them. It's not
used for viewing the actual movie.
