Default Help with router and Messenger

Hi does anyone know how to set up US Robotics ADSL router
so that windows messenger will work for voice and video.
Have downloaded latest firmware for it which allowed me
to turn the firewall off and have enable UP&P in XP but
still it wont allow voice video or file transfer.
I am on BTInternet and it worked fine with adsl modem. It
is US Robotics sure connect adsl/ethernet router. latest
model. 9003

Please please can someone help - I am pretty computer
literate, but there are so many settings and shortened
catchphrases on this thing I dont even know where to
start. - Thanks

Default Help with router and Messenger

I have posted several comments re. using Messenger with routers. I'm no
expert but have been able to make it happen for our company offices.
However, there are still times the audio and video fail without and logical
reason. SO I use eyeball chat. Eyeball has superior video and useable audio.
Additionally, it seems to work well with fire walls and routers. No white
board or app sharing but far far superior video. Allows high resolution
video streaming when connected to my CamCorder via firewire connection.
Excellent backup to Messenger for audio, video, text and file sharing and it
is FREE. Find it with a search for eyeball.
