NVIDIA CARD wont start

I'm trying to put an nvidia video card to run (NIDIVA
RIVA TNT2 Model 64/ Model 64 Pro), I've the card drivers
and microsoft signed drivers, have done all the winxp
updates, but it just wont work.

It says in the card properties on the device
manager "This device cant be initialized (code 10)"

Anyone care to give a hand or some advice ?
