Default Server too busy?

Connecting to MEssnger failed becuase the service is too busy? I was on fine
and a friend called to say they were getting that message. So I signed out
and tried to go back in and now I am getting it. CAlled a thrid person and
they are now getting it after signing out! What's going on?

I'm going to take a WAG; The server is too busy! In other words, too many
users are logged-on or a server is down. Wait an hour or so and try again.
