Default Sending photo's

I think I have checked my IP address and I also think I
saw it begin with a 192. Does that mean I can not send
photo's? What is the work around?

That does not mean you can not send photos. I guess you are getting your IP
through a DHCP server . If you are using NAT the specified por for your
program would be open
