Default Secuity Update from Microsoft?

I received a email purported to be sent by Microsoft
Public Security saying a 2Kb self-executable attachment
as the latest version of security update of April 2003
cumulative patch.

I believe this is not true and the attachment may contain
virus.

If you receive a similar email with subject "Microsoft
Security Update", I suggest you NOT to open the
attachment. I append below the "detail" of the sender of
this email for your reference.
