Task Manager

M: I am no expert, but I find Taskmanager a valuable
tool. So, I see your frustration. I am going to assume
that since you are on this site you are running XP
Why would you bother with all the keyboarding? Just pull
down to an open space on the taskbar and RT up comes a
screen for taskmanager. Now, click that and you are in
business. Running without this tool is like walking
through the forest blindfolded.

FWIW

If the Task Manager is not appearing with CTRL+ALT+DEL, then it will not
appear using the mouse on the Taskbar menu because of the reasons stated in
other messages in this thread. Also, many people dislike using a mouse when
there is a keyboard shortcut available that will perform the same function
much faster. I have people in my office who very rarely use a mouse and
there is no way that I can keep up with them when using the mouse only. It's
amazing to watch them navigate through windows.
