Default Error Message

After downloading SP1 for Win XP I restarted my system
and got the following error.WINLOGON.EXE-Entry point not
found.The procedure entry point ASSOCISDANGEROUS could
nort be locates in the dynamic links library
SHLWAPI.dll.As I go from here I get the following ,User
interface failure. The logon user interface DLL
MSGINA.dll failed to load.I am then asked to restart.What
is the fix?I appreciated your responses.
