Default XP "Access Denied" to old data Folders after re-install

Using recovery disks I re-installed XP with the preserve
document information for all users. (Me and the kids
schoolwork). An old data Folder was created and
settings/document folders were saved there.

Most of the document folders were accessable, but the
main User with Admin rights Document Folder was moved
with the Access rights and Security Settings. Which dummy
me set to "keep all folders private".

I tried Shift-Delete to bypass the Recycle Bin. "Access
Denied"
I tried the the command prompt: rd /s /q "Access Denied"

I tried a Whitecanyon SecureClean4. No luck.

Question: I'd like to access files on the "Access Denied"
Document folder. How?

Thanks, Dotting Doyler

Question: If not, how can I remove the folders.
