attachments & programs problems closing
when I close programs or attachments using the red X in the upper right
corner of the screen, it knocks me off completely but am still able to go back and open with my e-mail system. WHy is it doing this and how can I fix it? Dell has not been any help with this issue and my internet provider states that it is a pc running issue. Please HELP!!!!!! |

How long has this condition lasted ?
Is your PC fully updated ( Drivers, Windows & Applications ) ? -Things like Java, Adobe Reader.... What Security software do you use ? and are you sure the PC is free or reasonably free of Malware.
