Default Phone Dialer (AVWAV.DLL)

I want to use microsoft phone dialer for making a phone call to another
person but after i dial the intended number and subscriber picks up the
phone the status of phone dialer changes to connected but i don't hear the
subscriber's voice and also they don't hear my voice by microphone that is
connected to the pc.i am using a Zoltrix SoftK56 data fax modem that has
it's audio driver installed so after i make a call by this program i hear
the dial tone from the speakers but after the called person picks up the
phone i don't.what should i do to be able hear the called person's voice and

Does the modem support the Voice modem command set?

If you want to use the headphones instead of phone handset you need to have a full duplex modem.
To read more about it:

Does the modem have speakers and microphone connectors? If so, my guess
would be that speakers and mike need to be plugged in the modem connectors,
not on the PC sound device.

no my modem is a data fax modem and it doesn't have a speaker connector it
just have two RJ 11 connectors that are Line and Phone but after i install
it's driver that is included in it's cd i hear the tone dials from my
speakers but after the called person picks up the phone we don't hear
eachother. If u open phone dialer in windows and hover ur mouse on Show Names
With Conference Video option in Phone Menu you'll see that avwav.dll is
corrupt and if it's not please tell me what you see in status bar.Thank you
