Default Cannot download Security update K13958869

For some reason I cannot download Security update K13958869. Have downloaded
many in my time, but this one will not download. Anyone have any ideas why or
how to correct?

By "K13958869", you means KB958869 ? KB stands for KnowledgeBase.
