Default USB stops responding after upgrade to SP1

can you provide any further info? What does the system
say under the device manager? have you tried
uninstalling and re-installing the device if it shows up
in device manager?

one of our clients installed sp1 for xp and no longer

can
use her optical mouse, or her printer, both of which

are
connected to the USB port. Any ideas?
suggestions....thanks for your help....
.

I've got the exact same problem. It is as if the USB

port
no longer exists.
