Customising Remote Assistance

We have around 40 XP pcs at present and love the Remote
Assistance feature. But it is a slow process to open it
from Help. Does anyone know a quicker more direct route?

Tracked the help page to raura.xml but cannot get the page
to work directly...

Hi simon.edwards...see if...
Start - Help and Support - copy and paste this into the
Search box...top left...

remote assistance

Click the green arrow. Under the 'Suggested Topics' -
'Help and Information' headers... you'll see the words
Remote Assistance.
Click / hold / drag / drop the words Remote Assistance right to
your Quick Launch toolbar or Desktop. Right click - Properties
for an icon change. If you'd like a fancy icon...we can do that too.
