User profile auto login no longer working

Hello,

After I updated a windows patch recently, my user profile
no longer automatically logs in upon startup. The system
acts as if I had multiple users and requires me to select
my profile to complete startup. I am the only user
profile and I have administrator rights. I have looked
every where and can not figure out how to make it start
with my profile as the default. Can you help?????
