most recent update/dwwin.exe

Hello, I need help PLEASE. I recently download and
installed the lasted critical sercurity update for xp pro
and I figured that since it stated critical that my
system really needed it. And now I can't use certain
software applications because I get this error
message:dwwin.exe_application failure.

The exception breakpoint. A breakpoint has been reached
(ox80000003) occurred in the application at location
(ox77f75a58). Can someone tell me how to resolve this
problem of at least how can I delete thw last two updates
from my system so that maybe my system can go back to
order. I use these application regularly and they are
important to my work I don't feel I should have to pay
microsoft for their failure to create update that mess up
their xp pro os instead of helping it work better.
