svhost.exe taking up lot of memory

svhost.exe taking up lot of memory

svhost.exe file is using 80MB of memory and it is slowing
my machine really bad. I checked in the TaskManager. I am
running XP home edition on a Dell 1.1 G machine with 256
RAM.

Can someone give me suggestions.
