Default I know, I know

Stuck on Win XP Pro. Hooray !

I will NOT upgrade as I am 78 yo and am not interested in a learning
curve of such significance as Window Tension.

My XP Pro laptop is working just fine so why change ? Do not bother to
answer because I simply do not care.

My problem is as follows.
1) the start menu is too big and off the screen to the right. So I
cannot find or select of drag-drop anything over there.

2) my desktop is totally full of icons.

I just now added MyPal browser and it installed just fine and i ran it
an check some of my websites and it seems to be now maybe my favorite
browser.

BUT ... I cannot find it in the start menu and I cannot find a desktop
icon although I thing I left checked the installation options to add a
desktop shortcut.

So how can I get to see all of the start menu ?

How can I find the desktop icon ? WAIT, I did keep hitting 'M' and
stepped through the 'M' icons but MyPal did not show up.

Help please.

P.S. Run MyPal does start MyPal so at least I can get it opened.
