Default Need Help - Did My Linksys Router Fail

Hi Jim...isnt the address for the router 192.168.1.1?
Maybe you just typed it wrong here but usually that is
what it is.
-----Original Message-----
Windows XP Pro LAN running 3 computers with a cable

modem and router.

This morning I discovered I could not access the

Internet unless I bypassed
the router and connected the NIC card directly into the

cable modem.

I also cannot access the router setup program via

198.162.1.1. I've tried to
power down and reset the router but still no luck.

Suggestions please.

Jim
