Is there a way to view other computers on the same
wireless network? Including Macs? and is there a way to
print to those computers

You should have no trouble in viewing other PCs running in the same
Workgroup - the fact that the network is wireless is irrelevant. Macs are
different and I doubt there is any trivial way to include them in a
Workgroup configuration.

The new Mac Panther OS 10.3 is much more windows friendly. See
http://www.apple.com/macosx/features/windows/ - I haven't experimented
much with it yet.
