Default moviemaker 2

I burned a dvd and cd-rw and the quality turned out
great,only its black and white.I can not find any help
with this problem.There is nothing I can find in the help
topics.The color in the clips is great?Can anybody help?

PAL: http://www.high-techproductions.com/pal.htm
NTSC: http://www.high-techproductions.com/ntsc.htm

If you're outputting an NTSC signal to a PAL tv then it 'should' correctly
interpret it if input through the SCART or S-Video input. It will NOT
understand it if input through a composite socket (unless the tv is multi
standard).
