Default Problems Capturing using Windows Movie Maker

The requirement for 1394 capture is 233. I've captured
using my Nero Burning ROM Test (defragging a disk, running
a virus scan, checking email, and opening a few office
documents; Nero 4.x or above does not have buffer under
runs) on a 233 MHz system with 128 MB RAM on Win98; I
think this was back in 98 or 99.

If you're capturing using rca or s-video, go to 1394.
Otherwise check driver updates from Cannon and the Msft
Windows Update site.
